Obituary for Denny Ray Flatford
Denny Ray Flatford - 62 of Maynardville. He was very active and caring in his religious beliefs and was a member of Old Rugged Cross Baptist Church. Denny was a former employee of Union Concrete Co.
He is preceded in death by father, Brownie Flatford; and brother, Ronnie “Bayo” Flatford. Denny is survived by daughters, Kim (Josh) Pursiful and Kellie Smith; granddaughter, Allie Smith; grandsons, Jacob and Hunter Pursiful and Rayland Smith; mother, Bernice Flatford; brothers, Gene (Debbie) Flatford, Terry (Teresa) Flatford, Randy Flatford and Roger (Dawn) Flatford; several nieces and nephews; former wife, Teresa Flatford; and many friends.
The family will receive friends from 6:00 – 8:00 p.m., December 12, 2018 in the Trinity Funeral Home Chapel. The funeral to follow with Reverend Wade Brantley, Reverend Danny Collins, and Reverend Keith Fox officiating. Family and friends will meet at 10:00 a.m., December 13, 2018 to go in procession to Ridenour Cemetery for an 11:00 a.m. interment service.
