Lillian Mildred Hamilton – went to be with her Lord on May 13, 2018 at Norris Rehab and Health Center in Norris, TN. Born on July 12, 1922, in Grant County KY, she was 95 years old.

She was preceded in death by her parents, her sister, her son-in-law (George Hensley), her daughter (Doris Peace) and her husband of 74 years (Rev. Eugene Hamilton). She was a member of Wallace Memorial Baptist Church in Knoxville, TN. She and her husband served many churches faithfully for over 65 years. She leaves one daughter, Judith Hensley of Knoxville, TN and son-in-law, Terry Peace of Columbus, OH. She will be fondly remembered by five grandchildren, and many great and great-great grandchildren. She will also be missed by many dear family and friends.

There will be a receiving of friends on Thursday, May 17, from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. with scripture reading by Reverend Kent Williams at Trinity Funeral Home in Maynardville, TN. Family and friends will meet at 1:00 p.m., Friday, May 18th at Odd Fellows Cemetery in Corinth, KY for graveside services.
